Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using st-ox ("the Service") operated at st-ox.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The Service

st-ox is a personal stock portfolio tracking tool. It allows you to record holdings and cash, keep a trading journal, view live market quotes, screen stocks, explore example model portfolios, gauge broad market valuation, and analyse your portfolio. If you opt in, the Service can also send you notification emails such as trailing-stop price alerts. The Service is provided free of charge.

2. Not financial advice

st-ox is a tool for personal portfolio tracking only. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All data, signals, indicators, and analysis displayed are for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Always consult a qualified financial adviser before making investment decisions.

3. Data accuracy

Market data, quotes, FX rates, dividends, screening results, analyst ratings, and economic series are sourced from third-party providers — including Yahoo Finance, the Frankfurter API, TradingView, Finnhub, and the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis (FRED) — and may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. Quotes are not real-time; intraday figures in particular (for example the day-trading scans) can lag the market by roughly 15 minutes. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed in the Service, and you should verify anything you intend to act on against your broker or another primary source.

4. Account responsibilities

• You must provide a valid email address when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account.
• You must not share your account with others or use the Service on behalf of another person without their consent.
• You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service or its APIs.
• Circumvent any security or authentication measures.
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code.
• Resell or commercialise access to the Service without written permission.

6. Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but make no guarantees of uptime. We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime or discontinuation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, st-ox and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to investment losses, data loss, or loss of profits.

8. Intellectual property

All content, design, and code of the Service are the property of st-ox. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.

9. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party data providers, content-delivery networks, and email delivery. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of those services. Your use of embedded widgets (e.g. TradingView charts) is subject to those providers' own terms. 10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
